£2.50 for orders under £35, and free above free, because it's Christmas! I
post everything by Royal Mail first class. All the packaging is
reused where possible, and otherwise recycled — I'd be very
pleased if you reuse it again afterwards. I do my best to have
your order with you within a week, but if I've run out of stock
and need to make more jewellery or have cards printed it will
take another day or two.
If you'd like next day delivery or gift packaging, please add those to your basket on the Extras page.
If you're not happy with something, you can return it within 14 days for a full no-questions-asked refund; if it breaks or something else goes wrong (for instance, if you develop an allergic reaction to any of the materials) then you can send it back for a full refund or a replacement at any time. If you're not in the UK, or otherwise not in a position to send the broken jewellery back to me, then a photo of it showing the problem will be just fine, but if at all possible I'd like to see what went wrong in person so I can make sure that doesn't happen in future.
Right now, I can only take payment online by PayPal, but if you'd prefer to send me a cheque or do a direct bank transfer, email me with your order on email@example.com and I'll send you an invoice with all the details.
Important note: most of the jewellery is unique, and it's just possible that there could be an order clash and you don't get quite what you want. In that case, I'll offer you an alternative and refund any difference.
