If you're not happy with something, you can return it within 14 days for a full no-questions-asked refund; if it breaks or something else goes wrong (for instance, if you develop an allergic reaction to any of the materials) then you can send it back for a full refund or a replacement at any time. If you're not in the UK, or otherwise not in a position to send the broken jewellery back to me, then a photo of it showing the problem will be just fine, but if at all possible I'd like to see what went wrong in person so I can make sure that doesn't happen in future.
Right now, I can only take payment online by PayPal, but if you'd prefer to send me a cheque or do a direct bank transfer, email me with your order on firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll send you an invoice with all the details.
Important note: most of the jewellery is unique, and it's just possible that there could be an order clash and you don't get quite what you want. In that case, I'll offer you an alternative and refund any difference.
